Does not populate with FB anymore Today is December 4th 2016 same crap no change no reply

Was working good for a while with my iPhone 6+ then all of a sudden it stopped populating to Facebook... Now I feel scammed, I sent them a message to this apps website no one has responded todays date is 05/25/2015, paid for the app and cant use it anymore RIP OFF ,,,,,!!!
